My ex loved quiche, but he insisted on calling it "egg pie."
It was very good. Spinach and tomato deep dish, with a green salad topped with fresh pineapple on the side.
It was Rachael's first attempt all on her own, and in her words, it was "dense". Like a cheesecake. Yum!
